If you or your representative are not available at the scheduled time:
You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has proper access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or being present to unlock the property.
Payment is processed via debit order on your billing date each month. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful by the end of the month, services will be suspended until payment is received.
We currently operate in Pretoria and Johannesburg. Services are only available for properties within our service area.
While we take great care with your property, Scrubsy Cleaning Co. is not responsible for damage to items that are not disclosed to our cleaning team. Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special handling.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email.
